In order to ensure the normal operation and service life of mud pumps, the following matters need to be noted:
1. Before use, check whether the pump body has abnormal phenomena such as cracks, deformation and leakage;
2. Check whether the motor is running normally and whether the cable is damaged or short-circuited;
3. Before starting, make sure that the pump is full of liquid and the air is exhausted;
4. During use, pay attention to the operating status and pressure changes of the pump. If there is any abnormality, stop the pump immediately for inspection;
5. Regularly check the status of wearing parts such as bearings and sealing devices, and replace damaged parts in time;
6. When shutting down, close the outlet valve first and then shut down to avoid backflow of materials in the pump and damage to the pump body.
