It is precision-cast and CNC machined from high-strength Ductile Iron, designed specifically for tapered valve seats. Ductile Iron provides exceptional high-pressure resistance, high strength, and impact resistance, allowing it to handle continuous working pressures up to 3000 PSI. This fluid end provides precisely machined ports and space for the ceramic/hardened chrome liners and abrasion-resistant valves, serving as the structural foundation for the pump’s long-term durability and system integrity in HDD and other high-pressure, high-flow applications. |
